Walter Duke Appraisal and Request to City Council

It's important that we all write an email to the Mayor and City Council at the email below and cc Save Boca and REQUEST: 

Did Walter Duke do an appraisal or any appraisal work for Terra/Frisbie on the government campus?  Please provide a letter from Walter Duke that states they have not done an appraisal or any appraisal work for Terra/Frisbie on the government campus properties.

Jon Pearlman requested at the last council meeting that the City's appraiser Walter Duke--whose appraisal results were released the same week--submit a letter to the city stating that they did not do any appraisal or appraisal work for Terra/Frisbie.  Pearlman stated he would not be surprised if Walter Duke did the appraisal for Terra Frisbie as well.

“Given what happened tonight, the appraisal, which is the essential element of determining the fair market value of the property, the essential element to the foundation of the deal, which determines all of the lease payments that the developer will pay: that was put on the website tonight of Walter Duke.  I wouldn’t be surprised if Walter Duke did the appraisal for Terra/Frisbie.  So tonight, and based on what’s happened, I’m requesting that Walter Duke submit a Letter to the City saying that they did not conduct any appraisal or work for appraisals for Terra/Frisbie.” -- Jon Pearlman, Dec 2nd.

After the comment, Andy Lukasik stated “I’ll confirm that they’ve not done any work for Terra/Frisbie,” however no confirmation, after nearly 2 weeks, has been provided.
